My paperbacks are on Amazon, the ebooks are in various places reachable by Smashwords, so Kobo, Apple etc. But the best deal on the ebooks is the All My Books bundle on Gumroad. An updateable bundle is a nice low-maintenance way of hardly ever selling books.
It's all listed on my website, which being mostly static HTML is also a low-maintenance way of hardly ever selling books.
