Just a shot in the dark.. wireless is always going to be less stable than hardwired. I suspect the problem is somewhere between either/both coming up on the network and identifying the printer. First thing I would try is delete all the printers give the printer its own dedicated IP address and make sure it's on when you turn on the computer. Just throwing that against the wall it may not even be close.. good luck
