easiest bagels ever! and better than what you can get at the store 😉
- 2 1/8 cups of spelt flour
- 1 tablespoon baking powder
- 1 tablespoon baking soda
- 1 cup of yogurt
- pinch of salt
mix all ingredients together and form into little bagels (make the holes bigger than you think or they’ll close like mine!)
bake at 395 F for 20-25 min
