Do you have a lawyer or executor of your will? Could use something like block stream jade with multsig. Put 1 of 3 with your will. Give 1 of 3 to your beneficiary. You are secure and when your time is up the lawyer gives the beneficiary what they need to access your wallet without any funny business before then.
Plus you now have a friend / family member plus your lawyer if you lose your keys somehow
