Also interesting: Netflix doesn't even allow for any "exit interview" reasons why you're cancelling their service (at least in Canada). I had a paragraph typed up to explain why we were cancelling the service, but there's no form or ask from Netflix when you cancel. Just cancel and done. They don't care ;)
