Yaroslavsky says both Ukraine and Russia are buying from Chinese manufacturers at wholesale. He said occasionally they have to wait for Russian batch to be finished, then Russian waits for them etc. I think the advantage can be now achieved only by moving the manufacturing inland so into Ukraine and EU.
