- 8x egg yolk
- 150g powdered sugar
- 600g cream "for whipping" - i.e. 30% or more >> alternatively coconut milk
- 200g "full fat" milk (i.e. 3,5%)
- Vanilla pod
- 1/3 tea spoon of grounded cinnamon + grounded cloves + star anise
- 200-300g of "rum" - this means czech "tuzemák" (https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Tuzem%C3%A1k) not rum :)
