I've finished rewatching #startrek #discovery seasons 1, 2 and 3. I never managed to watch 4 when it came out, so that's next.
But my opinion is now:
1. Solid intro, even with the Klingon dialog. Enjoyed it.
2. Really boring. I see it more as a backdoor pilot for #SNW and it's just so mechanical. Though I liked the Vulcan bits.
3. Really enjoyable. Much better on rewatch and I from more of the themes. It's also the most episodic and is a good balance.
