Under moneyless anarcho-communism we could just slash all the jobs that won't be needed anymore (e.g. finance, cashiers, advertising) and it wouldn't be a problem because people wouldn't be dependent anymore on having a job to be able to access necessities and luxuries.

We could end the overproduction of goods and services and focus the labor force and resources on the things that truly spark joy or are essential (like healthcare).

We would fairly distribute goods, services and resources by need. Labor would be distributed by ability.
