I can't believe I am running kernel 6.9.7 already.
Part of me thinks it's all just a trick and if I rub off the paint it'll say 2.6.97.
(Unless you're a Linux user, this may not make sense. Kernel 2.6 was eternal. We all thought it would never go away and Linus would just bump the micro version number until the heat death of the universe).
