All kidding aside, electric vehicles are a fantastic idea for those that have garages, don't plan on taking them on road trips, and can afford them. Some steep entry barriers there.

Not sure I wouild consider the dealer a steep entry barrier for adaption. Largely unnecessary? Yep, but not a significant entry barrier.
