The indoor ones may get transferred to plant pots to work as gnat patrol, though.
Also, now you've got me reading and apparently a true wolf spider shouldn't have been spinning webs anywhere. Maybe it was a funnel weaver? I get lots of those in the garden & they build a lot of awning-type webs to protect their nests/traps below.
