It is taking me far too long to sign in to a Ubisoft account so that I can play Star Wars: Outlaw. It hasn’t been made clear to me why I’d need to make an account. The password rules are dumb and dumber. And none of this has anything to do with government interference. It is dumb and bad by choice and design.
