We have a wave of people coming in from FB, an with that wave a new cohort of vermin. I typically use the "personal note" feature to tag them as suspect, for a good number of them will unfollow and then follow back in another attempt. The second attempt gets them blocked, and possibly reported depending on what they've posted.
