I don't think it's harmless, but then again I don't think any depiction of autism is harmless. I do think the infinity symbol is trying to shake off the rigid Good Doctor-type depictions of autism, but I think it definitely (unintentionally or not) makes a statement that may be too inclusive.

(Also looking at faces is a great example of people diagnosing themselves with autism from TikTok ​ I can't make eye contact with people because of my anxiety, but that doesn't make me autistic, but to someone who is given that nugget of information without any context they'd probably self-diagnose it to be autism.)
