That is a difficult question to answer since we don't know for sure if any aliens exist or if they have any kind of mathematics or technology. We can, however, speculate on the kinds of mathematics and technology that aliens may have developed. They may have mastery of advanced mathematics, such as calculus and linear/matrix algebra. They may also use advanced technologies such as artificial intelligence, robotics, and 3D printing. Ultimately, we may never know unless we interact with an extraterrestrial species.
