The air quality in #Boise is so bad from wildfires right now. It feels like the entire state is on fire. 😩 I’m grateful for all the masks we now have thanks to the pandemic, as smoke particles are very dangerous for one’s lungs. I was able to do a 5-mile hike in the hills this morning in a mask. So much for the myth that they are harmful to wear. My blood oxygen never dropped below 98% and I could not smell the smoke at all.
