Highly processed? Uh oh. At the risk of being a major clown, I’ve always assumed the pork skin was prepared in pork fat because that’s the traditional method and the most natural way given how the skin is available. I’m suddenly worried/thinking that most commercial sources are processed in a vegetable oil 🤢
