This is one reason why we need to solve the energy storage issue. We produce more power than what we use during the day. We could get a battery, but until we get an EV, (which could double as a battery), would never use all of it, & probably not even then. The idea of people suffering heat exhaustion in my own neighbourhood, let alone remote Indigenous communities (who should all have solar & batteries supplied), or in developing nations, is intolerable when solutions are right there.
