So can you understand my surprise that #Starmer & #Labour are being castigated, because the #UK hadn't reversed #Brexit & activated #RejoinEU by the close of business July 5th 2024? 🤷🏾♂️
As you've correctly pointed out the #UK needs to be FULLY aligned with the #EU, BEFORE it can even begin to think about applying to join
The average time taken from application to acceptance is 10 years. I really don't think those attacking Labour have considered the long-term damage done by Brexit
