Apparently, soon after Bluesky went live, its Twitter-escapee Users began clamoring for a Big Daddy (or Big Mummy) Regulator. They felt uneasy and uncomfortable not being vetted and "moderated".
With some reluctance (according to reports) Jack Dorsey then felt obliged to give his followers what "they" were demanding.
The fairly obvious moral of this story is that there's clearly a large section of Western Society out there who just won't, or cannot, handle being free and autonomous Adults inside a natural environment.
The next logical question to ask is ... ... why do we allow such infantiles to vote? Perhaps they should just be allowed 1/2 (half) a vote?
