This is funny- I really haven't noticed much in California but
(a) I don't buy a lot of fast food (since 2008)
(b) I always shop a genuine deal before I go (I don't care if they survive or not)
I went to Subway in December 2023 and paid $6.99 for a fancier footlong sandwich each time. But it was on sale. I did that four times coz was doing home repair there w/ my kid so we got one each time and split it.
