So my kids co-op is part of a larger co-op organization with 2 other locations. After some massive financial drama, our co-op is splitting off and now has to set itself up financially to run healthily and they would like to do it without being a 501c3. Any suggestions? I have some knowledge of being in an INC and hiw that works but would be open to suggestions. Its desired that the whole school not be in one person's name.
