catppuccin-mocha -> catppuccin-latte
X -> Tokodon
Gimp -> Krita

The driver for change was Kate editor, I am impressed on how it is good and fast, then once I started using Kate I wanted the whole KDE experience.

The most radical change was from dark to light mode everywhere.
