Does anybody remap ESC in NeoVim? What do you use as a change mode key? I've heard people using jj for that, so you don't need to leave the home row. Not sure I can get that into my muscle memory...
Also caps lock seems to be quite common, but I use that one as compose key on my US-ANSI keyboard in order to type German umlauts...
