Specsavers called to confirm my appointment.
Which is fine, but they asked me if I could possible arrive 10 mins early.
And I'm like - if you wanted me there 10 mins early, WHY DIDN'T YOU MAKE THE APPOINTMENT FOR 10 MINS EARLIER?
I don't understand why you wouldn't just make the appt for the time when you wanted someone to show up.
