In more "damn, those years in Texas were more pervasive than I thought," I have just finished making a couple pans of jalapeño cornbread to bring to a potluck holiday party. I only narrowly rejected making sausage balls. I may have to run out and buy cranberries and an orange to make New England cranberry relish to balance it out.
