I'm sure I've said this before, but it needs to be repeated. The biggest threat the motor vehicle highway safety is drivers who camp out in the passing lane poking along and preventing it's intended use. I wish #LawEnforcement took this more seriously & focused some effort on enforcement.
Oh, and why is it almost always Subaru drivers?
