Ever feel anxiety?
You’ve got a disorder.
Ever feel depressed?
You’ve got a disorder.
Anything traumatic ever happen in your life?
You’ve got a disorder.
Hungry? Not hungry? Horny? Not horny?
You’ve got a disorder.
Feel anything at all, ever?
You’ve got a disorder.
Literally, if you listen to what society is telling you, anything you ever feel is a disorder. Then we’ve got people walking around self diagnosing as disordered. Wanting special treatment because of their disorder, wanting money from the government because of their disorder.
And all of the “disordered” people affirm to each other the validity of these disorders. They’re gaslighting themselves and they’re gaslighting each other and they’re gaslighting all of us.
I’m not saying that there’s no such thing as legitimate disorder, I’m just saying that if everyone is disordered then that is normal, isn’t it? Normal being defined as the median. If it’s normal is it even a fucking disorder???
Maybe these things that you’re feeling are just part of the human experience, and instead of trying to medicate, or blame some sort of disorder outside your control, taking some fucking responsibility for yourself would probably help improve your life and the balance of society overall.
