This concept is not only used in the USA. Most corporate structures (call them countries) are licensed in Delaware and must use this procedure. All the money goes to the IRS through the IBS in Switzerland and so all the companies are robbed while paying for their license to use the licensed name "Land" by the IRS.
Country is a big lie and everyone believes in it.
