He is one of the top candidates. As an #Eagles fan I have mixed feelings about this. Washington has not been very good lately but it really is Del Rios' scheme. Last time Rivera was actually a DC was with #LAC and his unit was among the best in the league. The Eagles biggest problem is that they annually lose young OCs/DCs to other teams, creating constant instability. Rivera would be a good choice to offset that dilemma
