Tag editor on Android is yet to be done. In the meantime mentions and note tagging works if you manually paste "nostr:note" or "nostr:npub" links in the editor.
Thanks genrigp (npub1mey…jpyt) for the feedback. Stay tuned for the upcoming release. In the meantime you can tag someone if you paste npub of that user in format "nostr:npub". This note was written on Android app - you can click on 3 dots icon on a note and Copy note text to see the raw text.
