This seems mad. But when you consider them as throughput systems, and in service of that, I suppose they think it makes sense.
too hot, too bright, too loud. schedules are long and rigid as a 24hour period. food generally not healthy or palatable. and for IPC reasons the mattress is plastic so you will just sweat yourself into dehydration.
they could fix quite a lot of this. if they wanted to. Patient-centred care is a total lie.
