Courgette, sundried tomatoes, the leaves are turnip greens but eg spinach or rocket would work fine. You just want something that will wilt down in the time it takes the cold stuff to warm through. The “broccoli” is turnip green flowers, as it’s starting to bolt. Do not recommend!
