"content": "Running my Start9 for a while, occasionally I will have connectivity issues with Tor. Often it is being caused by a service that is in a restarting loop. Every time a service restarts, it restarts Tor, too. If Tor can never get fully connected, then any nodes you are connected to over Tor will show as offline.\n\nIf you're not running a Start9, then I am not sure what might be causing it.",
