Now BBQ season is here in the northern hemisphere, a reminder. Welding gauntlets are the best BBQ accessory. Being able to just pick up and move the flaming coals is incredibly useful. They are about a tenner, and every kitchen (indoor and out) should have a pair. (They are also the best oven gloves again ).
