There are better ways to aid yourself in #translation than using automated translators based on plagiarism machines. I'm going to recommend two that I successfully use for a while now.
Firstly, #Wiktionary: find the term in the original language, and use the translation list, split by meaning. Sometimes you can also find the foreign word on English Wiktionary and peruse the definition, or the other way around.
Secondly, #Wikipedia. Find the term in the original language, and with some luck, an article in the other language will be linked to it. Sometimes you can also skim related articles for vocabulary.
