A nice Chyna butane torch is a great gift as well. I use mine all the time. Also gift them a 12 pack of fuel cans and they'll be set for the next two decades, if not longer.
I don't have any particular brand recommendations. As with the arc lighter, lots of different form factors available. Chyna!
