That looks good! Do you know how the apples were stored? Under CO2 through oxygen deprivation? (Logical, since it's an old harvest from last year)

And the strawberries are actually too early. Outside under a film until they blossom? There are so many different tasting strawberry varieties.
My favorite is the "Mieze Schindler" strawberry variety. Unfortunately, it is not very suitable for profitable cultivation.

And when it comes to apple varieties, I love the "Berlepsch".
