True and this can be done on a vegan diet or not. My dad is vegan too and tried it for this reason specifically. Went from barely being able to get out of a chair to running a half marathon in less than a year. It’s insane. It sucks that there is so much confusion around food. It almost seems intentional to make people just decide it’s too complicated.
