If relays are sort of the data layer, we probably need some kind of controller layer, maybe similar to DNS, so clients can get hints on what relays to connect to?
Suppose a client wants to show your notes but you only post them to your own relay. Maybe your pubkey exists in some sort of "DNS" service that tells the client the address to your relay?
