Dillo browser is pretty close to what I want from a browser.

I am able to login to my django powered sites, I just had to enable cookies in the config.

This is perfect. You easily can opti-in to the dangerous thing, but it's not on by default.

I just mention Django, because it's a proxy (to me) for "best practices in web sites".
