Is #proofofreserves a larp?
jack mallers (nprofile…6gmf) made a point that they don't do UTXO management for each individual account because that would be dumb.
So proof of reserves from
River (nprofile…kltp) or an ETF would really only prove that they own some bitcoin. You'd still have to trust that more than that wasn't sold right?
For the record, I don't use any of them
