cloud fodder (nprofile…6usq) MountainLion (nprofile…c3cg) All it can do is see apps in the same profile as other apps can do and warn about them or request that you uninstall one. Since it's a regular app, it can't force uninstall. We remap the force uninstall API to the request uninstall API which it can use if you grant the request install apps permission which allows requesting install/uninstall and doing updates.
