What IS happening to the NHS? We read reports everywhere of the failings, some of them deadly.
Today hubby had a pre-arranged appointment (months overdue) to deal with his diabetes. His app had NO record of any appointment.
When he got there, they pushed the same old meetings for losing weight (like last time; still waiting for that referral after four months).
Only on his insistence did he finally get them to agree to a blood test!
