Gimp will do fine in a pinch but it’s kinda bad in a whole bunch of very Free Software ways. I do have direct experience with all of these and they are all good but it’s somewhat minimal (I spend less time with bitmaps than with vectors, and less with either than I’d like). So what are your priorities?",
