Thinking about freshly baked chocolate chip cookies has me wanting to make some. I used to enjoy baking when I was a young adult, but I mostly got away from it during my (long & miserable) marriage because my ex treated the kitchen as her territory. Maybe that's a part of myself I should work on rebuilding. Batch sizes will be an issue, since I live alone. Maybe my neighbors will accept the extras beyond what I expect to eat by myself.
