I can certainly see how honest and earnest posters could take advantage of reply filtering. But you know, we've always got to flip it to think how malefactors might benefit.
If bluesky creates a system in which libels against individuals or groups literally cannot be answered .. well I think it ties with their general philosophy, that one should find the information bubble or silo matching one's beliefs, and in this case literally not be challenged.
Everything "bad" should be muted.
