The sleep lab people didn't believe me that I don't have any usual bedtime in the absence of external forces. So I made them a plot with 3 months of data. No trend across the 24 hour window while I've been unemployed. Averaging 8 hours per 24 hour window, but durations ranging from <1 hour to 18 hours. I have the preceding 7 years of records for comparison to demonstrate I'm not just throwing up random numbers or botching the modulo arithmetic.
