I met a sharpie in the arboretum the other day!
This was relatively rare for me (I see a lot of Coops and red-taileds) and especially exciting as e clearly darted into the tree overhead with a plan, snapped eir head around to listen for eir quarry, then shot off after em out over the nearby baseball diamond and hillside on the edge of campus. The cracks and shushes of eir speed through the air and as e shook the pine needles was fantastic.
